Our paint parties are perfect for all ages and skill levels—no artistic experience required. Whether you’re hosting a birthday paint party, planning a corporate team-building event, organizing a fundraiser, or gathering friends for a casual sip-and-paint night, we make the entire process easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Every Eclectica Paint Party includes step-by-step instruction from a friendly artist who guides your group through creating a painting you’ll be proud to take home. Guests follow along at their own pace as we break the project down into simple, approachable steps. From floral designs and seasonal favorites to landscapes, animals, and fully custom artwork, our painting selections are designed to suit beginners while still giving confident creators room to express themselves. The goal is connection, creativity, and fun—not perfection. We provide everything needed for a successful paint event, including canvases, brushes, easels, aprons, and high-quality paints. Whether your gathering takes place in a home, business, event center, or community space, we bring the mobile paint party experience right to you. All you need to supply is adequate table space, seating, and an environment where your guests can relax, explore their creativity, and enjoy the moment. Eclectica Paint Parties make it easy for groups to unwind, laugh, and reconnect. The experience naturally creates conversation and shared memories while giving everyone the satisfaction of completing their own work of art. It’s the perfect activity for birthdays, girls’ night, team-building workshops, holiday parties, family gatherings, kids’ paint parties, wedding parties, employee appreciation days, and any event where you want guests to feel inspired and engaged. Our parties are intentionally laid-back and welcoming, offering a comfortable space for beginners, seasoned artists, and anyone simply looking to try something new. Cancellation Policy
At Eclectica Studio & Gifts, we believe creativity should be fun, inspiring, and stress-free. Our Paint Parties are designed to bring people together through color, laughter, and artistic expression — whether you’re hosting a private event, fundraiser, or corporate team-building experience. To ensure every session runs smoothly and everyone enjoys their time, please review our paint party policy below. 1. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and supplies. This deposit covers your instructor’s time, setup, and materials. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled event. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and the event agreement is signed. 2. Location & Setup: Our artist will meet participants at an agreed-upon location such as a home, business, event hall, or community venue. The host is responsible for providing adequate table space, seating, and access to water and electricity if needed. Eclectica provides all art materials — including canvases, paint, brushes, aprons, and easels. Setup typically begins 30–45 minutes before the event start time. 3. Minimums & Maximums: A minimum of 8 participants is required for private events. Larger groups (over 25 guests) may require additional instructors or assistants, arranged in advance. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if cancellation occurs at least 7 days in advance. Events canceled within 48 hours are non-transferable. Eclectica reserves the right to reschedule in the case of illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions. 5. Custom Designs & Requests: Custom painting designs may be created for your event with at least two weeks’ notice. A small design fee applies for personalized artwork, fundraisers, or themed projects. 6. Conduct & Alcohol: Paint Parties are meant to be fun and relaxed. Please ensure respectful behavior and proper supervision if alcohol is served. Hosts are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all guests. 7. Cleanup: Eclectica will handle all art-related cleanup. Hosts are responsible for restoring their space to its original condition beyond paint setup areas. 8. Photography & Marketing: By attending, guests grant Eclectica Studio & Gifts permission to photograph or record the event for marketing and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
