Through this training, I learned to combine artistic creativity with therapeutic techniques to help people reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and find calm through color, texture, and movement.
This certification equipped me with the tools to guide others in using art as a form of emotional healing, mindfulness, and self-discovery—especially for those who may find it hard to express their feelings with words. I discovered firsthand that art can speak the language of the heart, offering a safe, joyful way to process emotions and nurture mental well-being.
